1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Panda Capital (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Users from restricted jurisdictions are prohibited from using the Platform.
3. Account Registration
To access trading features, you must register an account and complete identity verification (KYC). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
4. Trading Services
Panda Capital provides cryptocurrency spot trading, futures trading, earn products, and related financial services. All trades are executed on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee order execution at any specific price. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
5. Fees and Charges
Trading fees, withdrawal fees, and other charges are published on our Fee Schedule page and may be updated from time to time. By placing a trade, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fee reductions may be available through our VIP program based on 30-day trading volume.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing; (b) manipulate markets through wash trading, spoofing, or layering; (c) use automated systems to gain unfair advantage; (d) circumvent any security measures; (e) use the Platform in violation of applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Platform are owned by Panda Capital or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panda Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
